Felicia Lyons
Felicia Lyons is the Founder and CEO or our organization. An alumnus of the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, Felicia earned her degree in Criminal Justice, where her commitment to public service blossomed. Driven by her passion for helping others, Felicia founded Chance For Change to provide comprehensive services that not only facilitate immediate change but also foster long-term success. In her free time she enjoys family outings, shopping, travelling and drinking coffee.

Kaydee Doss
Kaydee plays a vital role in providing frontline support to our clients. With a background in customer service, she brings valuable skills in communication and problem-solving to her work. Inspired by her desire to help others and challenge herself with new experiences, Kaydee is dedicated to making a difference in the reentry sector. Outside work, she enjoys unwinding with a good Netflix series and spending quality time with her family

Reentry Community Coordinator
Rebecca Cobb
Rebecca Cobb has over two years of dedicated experience in the reentry sector, informed by her own personal journey through the judicial system. She is passionate about empowering individuals and helping them unlock their potential. Among her key strengths are leading weekly lifestyle classes for clients and building strong employment connections in our community. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys working out, listening to music, and exploring new foods and cultures.

Reentry Outreach Case Manager
Carol Johnson
As the Reentry Outreach Case Manager, Carol leverages her extensive management and nonprofit experience to support individuals on their path to reintegration. She plays a crucial role by hosting weekly lifestyle classes that empower participants with essential life skills and by assisting with various organization events. In her free time, Carol enjoys fishing, being by the water, and exploring her creativity through arts and crafts.

Communication/Community Coordinator
Bendita Nefwani
Bendita Nefwani serves as the Communication and Community Outreach Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience rooted in customer service and entrepreneurship, She manages all things social media, effectively engaging with the community and amplifying our message. Her passion for personal development enhances her ability to connect with and support individuals in reentry. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, learning, and empowering women in the community.

Community Liason
Malcolm Johnson
Malcolm Johnson serves as our Community Liason. Deeply rooted in the Fort Smith area, he has a background in both the oil industry and sanitation. His passion for the non profit sector stems from his commitment to community engagement and firsthand understanding of local needs-he truly embodies the "boots on the ground" approach. In his spare time he is a farmer and enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and attending dog shows.
